Test Method: ASTM D896 Tests at room temperature after 24 hours of bonding on stainless steel: 5 cycles of 10 minutes in the chemicals, with a 30-minute waiting period each. 24 hours after the last exposure compared to 72 hours of bonding on stainless steel at room temperature.

  • Household Cleaner: No visual changes or decrease in adhesive strength.
  • Isopropyl Alcohol: No visual changes or decrease in adhesive strength.
  • Gasoline: No visual changes, 30% decrease in adhesive strength.
  • Toluene: No visual changes, 25% decrease in adhesive strength.
  • Oil (SAE 10W-30): No visual changes or decrease in adhesive strength.
  • Acetic Acid (5%): No visual changes or decrease in adhesive strength.
  • Water: No visual changes or decrease in adhesive strength.

Test Method: Tests on stainless steel at 38°C and 95% relative humidity compared to 72 hours of bonding on stainless steel at room temperature.

  • 1 Day + 15 Min. Waiting Time: No visual changes or decrease in adhesive strength.
  • 1 Day + 24 Hrs. Waiting Time: No visual changes or decrease in adhesive strength.
  • 7 Days + 15 Min. Waiting Time: No visual changes or decrease in adhesive strength.
  • 7 Days + 24 Hrs. Waiting Time: No visual changes or decrease in adhesive strength.
  • 3 Days Submerged +24 Hrs. Waiting Time: No visual changes, 30% decrease in adhesive strength.

Suitable for conventional printing methods (solvent-based and UV inks) as well as hot stamping.

Shelf life of 2 years when stored at a maximum of 21°C and 50% relative humidity. Avoid storage in very high humidity, heat, or cold.

Outdoor durability depends on the bonding surfaces; the label material is suitable for outdoor use for at least two years.
