Competent Advice in the Selection of Materials
With over 30 years of experience in film cutting, we offer knowledge that creates security. We always stay on the pulse of new products and technologies – and pass this know-how directly to our customers, for advice at the highest level.
High-quality Film Products
We source our foils exclusively from renowned brand manufacturers such as 3M, Tesa, Avery and Flexcon. This guarantees labeling materials of the highest and consistent quality that are easy to print and process. Our extensive range of foils in stock enables short-term cutting and prompt delivery.
We attach great importance to the careful packaging of the foils so that they arrive in perfect condition. We do not save at this point, because it pays off. This is how we avoid complaints and damaged goods. If we do not have a material in stock, we will do everything we can to make it available as quickly as possible.
Economical Solutions
We take time for every request and develop solutions that are both technically convincing and economically sensible. We always take into account the optimal price-performance ratio, check suitable materials and select those that reliably meet the required properties – efficiently, fairly and precisely tailored to the requirements of our customers.
Film Cutting with Precision
For the processing of high-quality marking films, we rely on computer-controlled cutting systems that enable millimeter-precise cuts. Precise tools are crucial: our knives are regularly sharpened, replaced immediately when needed and always kept clean – this creates clean rolls without contamination. The highest precision and cleanliness in our production halls guarantee reliable results and consistently high quality in film cutting.
We process foils in a maximum roll width of 1600 mm and a roll diameter of 700 mm on precision cutting systems from roll to roll or from roll to sheet. Cutting of supplied external material is also possible.
Flexibility
As a lean and modern company, we react quickly and easily – even when our customers are in a particular hurry. We are happy to provide free sample material for testing purposes. Thanks to our close contacts with leading manufacturers, we can also find the right film material for marking and labeling solutions for unusual requirements. In this way, we combine short distances with maximum flexibility.
Reliability
With over 200 materials in stock, we can provide most marking films at short notice. With more than 30 years on the market and as a 100% subsidiary of the label manufacturer robos-labels, we know the requirements of the industry exactly. Our employees not only contribute experience and expertise, but also work with passion and commitment. Their aim: to create solutions that reliably relieve customers and convince them in the long term.
Environmental Awareness
Sustainability is more than an obligation for us – we continuously work on ecological improvements and train our employees for responsible action. Our new company headquarters in Kornwestheim meets the Efficiency House Standard 55 and sets standards with insulated building envelopes, economical underfloor heating, and a 280 kWp solar system. In this way, we combine high-quality marking films with active environmental responsibility.
