It uses 3M™ Adhesive 350E, which is designed for excellent adhesion to high and low surface energy plastics, metals, painted metals and powder coatings.

General:

Environment: 21 °C, 50% r. H.
1.5 mm edge clearance recommended to minimize adhesive bleed.
For rotary die-cutting, foam should remain at least 19 mm from the knife.
Store sheets in polybags after converting, max. 250 sheets per carton. 
Fan edges before laser printing, use straight paper path if possible.
For A4 sheets, the longest edge should be parallel to the direction of travel.

Printing:

Top material optimized for laser toner.
Printable with flexographic printing, hot stamping, letterpress and screen printing.
Test the compatibility of the printing inks in the process.

Die-cutting:

Flatbed or rotary die-cutting possible.
Check small labels carefully.
Keep winding tension low.

Packaging:

Store finished labels in plastic bags.

Accepted Answer

Surface must be clean and dry (e.g. clean with isopropyl alcohol).
For best adhesion, application should be at room temperature or higher.
Below 5 °C, the adhesive may be too firm.
Higher initial adhesion possible with stronger contact pressure.
