Processing

Printing:

Top material is optimized for thermal transfer printing, printable with flexographic printing, hot stamping, letterpress and screen printing.
Printing inks and methods should be tested in the process.

Die-cutting:

Rotary die-cutting recommended, fan folding not recommended.
Check small labels carefully.
Keep winding tension low to avoid adhesive bleed.
Flatbed die-cutting not recommended, use only after testing.

Packaging:

Store finished labels in plastic bags.

Surface must be clean and dry (e.g. clean with isopropyl alcohol).
Best adhesion at room temperature or higher.
Below 15 °C, the adhesive may be too firm.
For textured surfaces, even, increased pressure is required (felt squeegee or roller recommended).
